I wonder how much the OEM reverse park sensors are worth? :):)

Anyone actually had aftermarket or OEM installed later on? I see a lot of nice cars but a lot don't have them :( As a DD I think the rear parking sensors are very welcome.

Everything is possible and I'm sure you can have them installed and probably achieve as-good-as-factory look. That said even the OEM variety look a bit poor on any vehicle and I wouldnt be adding them to mine personally.

Have you considered maybe a rear facing camera with display on a modern head unit? The cameras tyically are extremly tiny. Might be an alternative to consider?

I have a reverse cam installed but no sensors. Just can't stand two different beep tones when I hit the reverse gear.

Could you please share what you bought? Pictures of both the display and cam would be great?

    THank you!

Nothing special, just an infra red cam hooked up to my single din alpine head unit which has gps, DVD, TV, Sd card, USB and loads more. Speak to your audio specialist, it's no rocket science.

And here I always wondered if I could get rid of the things when I had my 430 Spider!

here is an example of rear sensors I added to a 430... In order to do factory sensors on a 430 you would have to buy the stock bumper and alone that prices out @ $8900.00 and you need the built in recesses for the original sensors....

The oem sensors are more flushed than aftermarket ones which stick out like exposed nipples in winter. But again if you don't want to splash the cash on a new bumper, aftermarket one will suffice. Just need to position them at the more crucial places such as where the plates are. The ones on the two far corners will probably have to be avoided in order to maintain its aesthetics.
