Can Risi Competizione beat Scuderia Corsa this year?

I'm not following sports cars a ton these days, so this is just an outsider's view. I was a big Risi fan prior to the financial crisis, obviously post crisis it's been tough on the team. I assume Scuderia Corsa is Ferrari's favorite son when it comes to North America racing. Obviously Risi was once was, but no longer. I noticed that Scuderia Corsa got their cars basically a month before Risi got his. For those that follow their series I know the passion is still there, but what's the opinion out there, can Risi regain its former glory?
