    I'm moving to Arkansas and my real estate lady sent me some papers about the different kinds of taxes in the state. It mentioned a personal property tax on cars.

    How is the tax amount established? What is a typical annual tax payment for a vehicle worth about $30,000? I guess this is on top of the sales tax you pay when the car is purchased.
