I could swing by to give it a general lookover (drive past dealer every day & stop there every few months to see if anything interesting has come in).

Frequent too many sites to bother with PMs, but if you list which car in particular you are interested in, I may be able to post a rundown.

I went, I saw, & I sent as detailed report back as I could. If there are any real F-car experts available, I'm sure this gentleman would appreciate additional input. Plus its a great excuse to browse the inventory (or pick up a new Elise if the mood strikes you :) ).

    Way to go Frank!

I should have posted BEFORE I went so we could stop by together. Didn't get to check out your 308 the one time we met & you had said you'd like to take a peek at my Euro 928 S.

Yes, I love the 928's! I had a 944 once. And, my favorite Porsches are definitely the front engined versions. Beautiful cars! The 917 Race car, too, is one of the most beautiful, timeless designs ever, IMO. Maybe they need to follow suit like what Ford did with the Ford GT...THAT would be cool!

I took a look at that 328 this Afternoon. Yes, I think that the car is almost perfect. Considering that it is 18 years old! The wheels are flawless with New Tires. The Interior is spotless. The Paint is beautiful everywhere, except for maybe 5 or 6 teeny little stone chips in front. But the front spoiler is untouched, and looks like new. The Targa Top also looks new. Engine bay is very clean. I think it's a very nice, very clean, very well kept car. It is inside their showroom, and has a "New Car" patina about it. I like it. However, I didn't start it up or drive it. But, if it's as good as it looks. It would be a really nice car to own, IMHO.

I'd ding 'em on the cracked drivers front turn indicator, but everything else looked great. Was really impressed with the condition of all the rubber trim/moulding. Also looked REALLY hard at all the glass & only found 3 really minor pits on the windshield.

Definately looks like a nice ride if the mechanicals match the appearance.
