    Most likely someone gave him the shirt and he put it on without looking at it, or even caring what the shirt was/had on it. I'm sure this was fixed asap though.

    Edit: I just looked it up- no tobacco ads in Australia, right?

    The back wing doesn't have the barcode on it, the thingy over the engine is white with some barcodes though.

    yes, they outlawed tobacco advertising starting 2007. i.e. last time we saw a Marlboro Ferrari was 2006

    Negative, they had a few Marlboro Ferraris last year, Bahrain was one the others are slipping my mind.

    Bahrain, Monaco and China are the only tobacco-legal races left. Bahrain is considering banning it though.

    Where was the photograph taken, and where are the logos specifically banned? I mean, are they allowed to travel in-country with logos but just not wear them at the track? If so, that could have been taken at the airport or at a hotel. I just don't know if the rules ban them wearing branding all the time, or just while on official time.
