    Trying to trackdown a lender that owes me some money: Heartland Funding Corp, Robert Baltzell, with an office address at 1440-1442 E. Primrose Street, between E. Battlefield and James River Fwy. Its a one-story brick Colonial-style office condo. Not sure if he is related to the former owners of the Ozark Dragstrip.

    Any names, phone #s on the doors, new tenant names, etc would be hugely appreciated! The amount owed doesn't justify a personal visit from Florida. Just trying to speak to him to find out if "someone" converted my fee to personal use. Are people involved with the Missouri mortgage industry (ie. brokers) licensed with the state?

    You can also check him for lawsuits, criminal cases and traffic violations etc here. Type in his name and either check all counties or courts or just springfiled (greene county):

    I'll try the registered letter route and Mike...can you swing by the office address to see if there's any signs of life or maybe a sign as to where to deliver packages? Baltzel's mortgage company, Heartland Funding, owns the building per county records. Cheeky bastards...fund loans and close up shop!
