So I have 1 bad solenoid in the master brake cylinder. Ferrari doesn't sell them individually only the whole kit. That's like $6000.00 no thanks.

My shop says if we could located a new solenoid he could repair the current master brake cylinder using the new solenoid.

This is a TEVES ATE, anyone have thoughts or ideas?

That system was used on other cars as well. I'd suggest you contact Ferrparts and see if they have used parts.

I presume you mean one of the solenoids inside the rectangular ABS block. You will not find these separately. Jaguar has the complete Ate ABS block available separately (separate from the whole master cylinder assembly). This unit looks exactly the same as the Ferrari one and, according to my resistance measurements, its solenoids inside are the same as what Ferrari ABS has. However, I cannot confirm that Jag ABS can be a straight replacement. Alternatively, you can look for a used Ate ABS Block or a complete Jag Ate MC (I saw a number on Ebay) and use it for parts. A lot of info at http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/516911-348-master-cylinder-abs.html.
