Update - Car meets the EPA and crash standards and just needs the compliance letter from FNA when working with a broker to bring across the boarder. I've gotten a representative quote from TFX for transport and fees and it is as follows:
(quote) The cost of transport from Ottawa, ON to San Francisco, CA is $2875.00USD plus $395.00USD for the customs brokerage and 2.85% US Customs Duty/MPF based on the value of the vehicle you give us. (quote)
So there is all the details I can possibly provide for anyone interested from the USA. Using a carrier and their fees for brokerage (cheap) is money well spent as they are accredited brokers and takes the invaluable hassle out of dealing with customs agents at the border.

Bump - price lowered to $103,000 CAN (thats about 76K USD) - car needs to move and all the details are posted above - PPI done on Friday and there are absolutely no mechanical issues with the car at all. Like previously posted just get this as a drivers stick - it is not a garage queen and has been priced accordingly knowing it's condition and previous # of owners etc..
