    great pictures, Mo!

Couldn't make it due to family obligations.

How would you and Chris compare it to the F1 experience at Indy??

Compared to Indy: I liked watching race better at Indy but maybe we just need to sit in a different section at Montreal. We'll try different next year. I picked these seats because it appeared we were going to see three turns but as it turned out we could see the cars enetring the hairpin and that was all, the other turns I thought we were going to see were blocked by other grandstands.

But yes Motreal was FANTASTIC; parties in every direction. I was quite impressed by the mass transit right to the track (subway),crowds flowed smooth. Seems like they have a lot of stuff underground.

Chris - your 2nd last picture of the trucks at the waters edge - whats that all about - I see ramps/launches. Do they use them for something or just where they parked coincidentally?

Just coincidence. That's where the challenge cars were paddocked I thought it would make a cool photo.

Mo and I were wondering why the water was there because they had stands that faced the water. Then when I got home and wantched the race on T.V. they said the island the circuit is on was a man made island built for the World's Fair then they converted it for the Olympics. So, obviously that is where they had the rowing events.
