Canberra? Lucky?....weeeeelllll Ohhhh Kaaaayy....yeah, I usually wander around for an hour or so appreciating the engineering and mourning the fact that I will never get to ride that Laverda triple that I had begun negotiations on all those years ago. When a 275 GTB turns up....I have trouble controlling my bodily functions...but thats a personal problem I have to live with ;-)
Greetings Canberrans Will be there with the 575 in Blue Mirabeau. Staying at the Diplomat with the FCA organized Accomodation Saturday nite, hope to see MR, TMcP, IM and the new crew. Have started preparing the car .. it is dismantled and getting its first coat of 48% Carnauba, after preparing the suspension and engine which took 5 days. Problem is the 1 km of dirt road from my front gate to the Highway

I was in JoeK's 575 once and that was like the starship Enterprise for acceleration, bloody nice to have that much power Did you do the insides of the 550 wheelguards like all concour maniacs ?
Horse = What would Phil know about concourses? TSk TSk .. I have parked my car ON several concourses in the past, however I do enjoy going to a Concours (Concorso = tm. John Millard) There are 21 screws on the insides of each rear wheelarch. They have all been removed, sandblasted with walnut shells, sprayed with the correct shade of satin black, and carefully put back with plastic tipped screwdrivers. I have replaced 7 incorrect screws on the undertray, 4 incorrect hose clamps and I am missing two important metallic decals which I have started to make ... Ian B would know what I mean 575 .. Looking forward to seeing the silver 575. If you go on Saturday there will be a few FCA members + cars staying in the Diplomat which is close to the venue. If you are a member of the FCA you get a good rate.
