    Help!
    I heard a while ago on TV someone saying some quote to the effet that "only countries with resources and money to spare could bother taking care about the environment", trying to explain why some fishermen were still using dynamite in some poor areas of the globe.
    I've browsed several quotation sites, googled all I could, and can't find the original quote, nor can I find the author ... and it sucks!

    Can anyone help me find some more on that???
