For those of you who can't make it to Barrett Jackson you can view the auction live online with LiveGlobal.

    http://www.liveglobalbid.com/

Barrett-Jackson had it set up for Live Global to run the auction at their website for virtual bidders. You do not have to pay to view the auction. It is primarily for virtual bidders. Just go to Live Global, get their small download software (which is a plug-in for your browser), register as a bidder and you can view the auction live online. They list alot of auctions at their website for virtual bidders.

Next best thing to being there.:)

And if you aren't going to be bidding, the speed channel will show the whole thing live on T.V. to I believe.

    It's on Speed Channel live now. Kinda interesting - '62 Chevy Biscayne with engine compartment rust - something like $42K; '63 Sting Ray convertible, FI - $60K; '65 Shelby Cobra (wht/blue stripe - US colors) - $85K; '88 Callaway Vette, 5 of 400 - $34K; '55 Buick station wagon - $28.5K; '57 Chevy 1/2 ton, sb, p/u - $44K (new owner comment - "truck of my dreams")

Haven't seen any of the F cars yet.

Looking back, it makes one wish they still had the '65 Mustang GT, '67 Chevelle SS 396, '70 Challenger, high impact color '70 Duster, '60 T-Bird and others. Oh well . . . .

check out the auction website for prices thus far

Looking at the prices paid for cars that are desirable to the people here it is amazing that there are any exotics to be sold at all. Barret Jackson is the last place on earth to sell an exotic.
