Well having a great sounding exhaust does have it's issues! This is a 360 exhaust originally made by Capristo and had a cease & desist order filed by Ferrari for having the 360 Modena emblem stamped on the silencer..anyway breaks the factory bracket and now I am sending the silencer back to Germany for repairs...Capristo gracious enough to fix at cost or a few bucks...so nice to deal with a great company...a few pic's...maybe the way I drive? Broke the new bracket in 3 months or so...

Yes I am also one of the fortunate few who has this version. There are 79 of us IIRC.

The second is a poor weld. Not your fault, I would want it fixed for free.

I agree, poor welds... Also, they lifted too soon and have the 'sink holes'. Not clear in second pix, are the welds around the lower edges cracked off from the main body?

Good luck, hope you get a satisfactory conclusion!!!

Well, can't look for you as I already shipped the silencer but I think the cracks were slightly lifting off the lower portion of the silencer.

Hey Kevin! Kinda need a child's hand to get in there...ended up putting my phone on burst mode and click, click, click until i got the shots I needed. try to get one of the U shaped bracket that holds the bottom of the silencer...that is what broke on mine several times. My new unit is arriving on Monday so as soon as I can I will post pics of the repairs. Yay! Almost back in action..but now rain here in sunny Calif! Then I need to complete repairs....fiberglass done on lower rear shield, have to install exhaust, warm up, change engine oil, tranny oil, and replace coolant...should be ready to romp after that!
    Cheers!

BTW...don't you just love the sound of your car with this setup???? I picked up my 13 yr old daughter from a school dance...revved it hard pulling away and the whole school including staff cheered...really fun for my daughter. I love the sound of my car...keep trying to find new tunnels to drive thru!

They completely removed and replaced the back portion of the exhaust. Came with new bolts, gaskets and spring mechanism. Great company to work with.

I would love to have the new brackets that you have so i could use those spring dampeners. In responding to your thread here and poking around I believe I have the same exhaust as you. This is level 3 right? With three outlets per side? i was told by the dealer that I have level 2 but they may have been mistaken. I am cool with it. I could live with it being quieter on start up since I get up early but hey, I am not complaining.

So far the best place I have really enjoyed the sound of my car was when I dropped my wife off at the airport here at HNL. It was an off time and there were hardly any cars around. The concrete structure seemed like it was made to amplify and return the sound, so beautuful. I need to go back and do that again sometime.

My exhaust has two ports per side plus the two discharge pipes per side. I was told I have level 3...the racing stamp on the front denotes level 3 no? In looking at the online pic's at Capristo, I cannot see how they would position another vent on each side...just not enough room. I can't imagine mine much louder...even at owners group drive's I turn other owners heads with the sound.
