Has anyone tried fitting the F430 Capristo exhaust bracket to the Kline exhaust?

I had an S-line exhaust (comes with a spring attachment) which felt very smooth.

I changed to the Kline system (mainly for the switchable volume), and noticed it feels a little rougher. Maybe this is because it is hard bolted to the car?

I'd like to know this as well.

After watching Ken's video (time of mount install linked):

I noticed he only installed the back most mount which flexes and not the ridged transmission mounts. I'm guessing the additional lower mounts are not needed either because the Kline doesn't separate out into as many pieces as the OEM and much lighter than OEM? It would seem the back mount has enough flex to fit the bill.

Joe, those back mounts are the first thing I take off my cars the day I buy them. They are what makes the headers crack.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the two clamps that go around the pipes or the single, bow shaped mount at the back? I would imagine the lower mounts would be more of a trouble spot.

Capristo make different expansion brackets for the 430 setup. They make one to suit the oem box, but you need a different one to fit their back box.

    Mike you nailed it.

Capristo have 2 versions: Capristo and OEM.
Kline uses OEM mounting, so you'd need the OEM version from Capristo.

The brackets are silly money of late. Someone posted a thread on here of a homemade idea- it was very good so you might want to have a search on here

Not sure I'd call £625 silly money, but a DIY project could be a lot of fun!

They used to be less than 300, simple to fit if you get the washer correct side of the plate

They're $1000 USD here which is ridiculous considering they're a couple of pieces of bent steel and some bolts and springs. That's the price a custom fab shop could make you something identical, not the price of something that is readily produced.
