I've been meaning to post this for a few weeks but have been too busy. Several weeks ago my 355's suspension light was coming on erratically. I chased the gremlin down to the RR shock actuator.

On a Saturday afternoon, I e-mailed Captain Z with my issue and received a response within minutes! (I was expecting something the following week). I packed up my actuator and took it to the post office Saturday. By Monday, Captain Z e-mailed me a full breakdown of the issue. After some dialog via e-mail, the actuator was fixed by Monday. (There were actually two issues with my actuator and CZ only charged me for one). I think I got it back Wednesday. Perfectly functional...and the suspension light has been off ever since.

The price of this fix v. $1300+ for a new actuator, combined with the outstanding service and responsiveness, makes Captain Z a company 355 owners need to know about. Captain Z will be my go-to fix for future problems like this. Simply put, they are AWESOME. Thanks Captain Z!

(I am not affiliated with CZ in any way).

I have had a super fast reply to an enquiry sent to them as well. Always a good sign of a quality company.

There is a price list on their web site.
+1 on the great review, they rebuilt an actuator for me, was fast, reasonable price, and has worked perfectly ever since (Although I'll admit I can barely tell the difference between sport mode and comfort mode on the F355, but that has nothing to do with Captain Z's work!)
