Capturing an image from a digital camera video

The easiest way to do it without downloading any video editing software is to import the video file on to your PC and then play the file and look for the frame you want and press "ctrl" and "prt sc" (depending on your computers keyboard) to take a pic of the screen and then paste it on an external imaging software such as paint or photoshop. then just save it as a JPEG

 

what kinda computer do you have? PC or Mac? the above person made it way to complicated. If you have a PC, then go into windows movie maker, and import the movie. then go up to tools and click on take picture from preview. then just save the pic where you want it. if it is a mac, import it into imovie and go into maybe edit, but im not sure, and it will say create still or still image. then you have to copy that still image and just paste it into the folder you want it in.
