Maybe it's coincidental or a connection was knocked off when the bumper went back on! Is your alram light a steady red or is it blinking?
My alarm light blinks and seems to operate normally other than NO SOUND, even when I trigger it the lights flash but no sound. I was thinking about the connection, so I guess I will get under there again...
