I'm looking for a cover which has locking grommets at the bottom to run a cable lock. Any experience? Just install my own grommets? I'm only worried that the fabric will not be long enough to avoid the grommet being pulled against the door.

While not on my Ferrari, I have a custom one from Covercraft on my GT3 as it tends to sit out in the summer instead of the garage. I put the locking cable on if I am going to have it sit overnight. I usually put a junk carabiner lock for weight on one side so it can be quickly slid under the car to the other side and then lock it up. Follow the directions for the Covercraft locking cable, it has a way to run it though the cover which will not scratch the car. I also use the wind straps which are very quick to put on to prevent the front and back of the cover from blowing around if we get a freak thunderstorm.

One more thing, buy the large size bag from Covercraft. It's shaped in a way that makes taking the cover on/off very quick. I have it down to about 2 minutes each way.

I bought this one from “empire covers” for under $150 including shipping and had my artsy mother-in-law print vinyl horses to iron on. I think it turned out great. It has grommets mid way down the left and right side at the bottom.
