I bought a couple of really nice Car Covers from Car Cover World (www.carcoverworld.com) last year and they shipped them to me from USA (Delaware). They are both tailored for the 550/575/Superamerica The first is purely a very soft and quite fleecy dustcover made from a material called Dustop. It has pockets for the mirrors and fits well, but not "snug". This cost about $185. I bought a plain sort of light biscuit colour. The second is the more traditional "Ferrari" Style slightly stretchy custom cover (without the Prancing horse) which I bought in red and is called FormFit. This was more expensive at around $340. It looks great yet less showy and without the blatant "Prancing Horse" than the Ferrari cover that came with the car (I keep it in a shared underground garage). I must say my favourite for just knowing it is really good for the car, and the one I use most of the time, is the Dustop version......although I must admit I throw a much cheaper commercial aftermarket "silver" cover over it most of the time to stop it getting dirty. For another 12 bucks they throw in a storage bag and cable/lock to go through a couple of eyelets in the cover and under the vehicle. Hope this helps P
Thanks for the reply. Does the dustop cover have a elastic banding around it so that it fits snug? Also do you know of any that just drape over the car? Thanks again.
It is slightly elasticated at the bottom front and back (but not sides) of the Dustop cover, but hardly anything to speak of. It literally drapes over the car. P
