I was at the HRE open house a couple months ago and they had these wheels on display ( the ones on the P1). They are 3D printed titanium , and were designed to show what could be done, obviously not elegant in any way. Funny thing is that the gentleman giving the talk noted that aluminum is actually lighter than titanium, but stronger, so they really had to really core them out to get the weight down. HRE did say they tested them in via computer simulation and they met or exceeded any strength requirements, they had carbon barrels also. I forgot the weight they quoted but it was quite impressive. Interesting technology for sure.
