    Car Guy Nation (CGN), a new car enthusiast program by Enthusiast Nation Corp, is a performance-based eCommerce service that will provide the lowest cost of new and repeat customer acquisition in the marketplace today. The transactional platform is made up of three integrated services: a Weekly Deals section which showcases an extensive selection of limited quantity flash-sale and group buy offers, a Vendor Mall section with space for approximately fifty different car enthusiast vendors and a 5% Gas Card Rebate Program. Basically, everything a typical car guy could possibility want all available in one spot. We bridge the gap between vendors and the car enthusiast by using our innovative social commerce platform.     Job Purpose

    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales execution of business objectives of procuring and managing car enthusiast Vendors within their assigned territory. In this key leadership role, the Regional Sales Manager supports the Company’s Vendor programs by working with the VP, CGN Club Manager and the CEO developing promotional campaigns and managing the sales process using the Car Guy Nation platform and sales tools. The position is responsible for driving sales results through hands-on management with assigned Vendors and through close coordination with the VP, CGN Club Manager and the Company’s internal support teams.

    Job Responsibilities


    - Driving business to achieve “Sales Plan” targets within your region through flawless execution and effective results management
    - Program management of all designated Vendors in your assigned region
    - Effectively planning, managing, and executing all Company programs in your respective region
    - Effective “deal flow” scheduling and management with Vendors and program oversight of all promotions in your respective region
    - Support and develop strategies for maximizing promotional performance within your assigned region
    -Regular reporting against Vendor mandated objectives

    Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

    - Actively manage the Vendors sales process through a combination of proactive training, scheduling, supervision and industry oversight
    - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other industry partners
    - Analyze data and develop appropriate plans in order to drive merchandising execution in Vendor accounts
    - Attend all trade shows and seminars as mandated by management


    Team Management


    - Regularly conduct promotional review sessions with VP, CGN Club Manager to discuss strategies for ongoing improvement
    - Communicate with Vendors within assigned region to address sales issues/discrepancies, determine appropriate mode of communication depending on nature of issue
    - Ensure accurate and timely collection of promotional data per Vendor request
    - Training of Vendors team regarding Company’s procedures and policies

    Job Requirements

    - High School diploma or equivalent.
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred degree in Marketing and/or Public Relations.
    - 5 years of management experience in the car enthusiast industry.
    - Strong computer skills for managing schedules and reporting results via on-line systems
    - Ability to drive measurable, sustainable sales results
    - Strong performance management skills
    - Effective, proven leadership skills and the ability to build morale and to achieve program goals and objectives
    - Have a proven track record in with an emphasis on building long term client relationships
    - Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    - Self starter with planning and organizational skills
    - Creative team player.


    Travel


    25% of time on annualized basis, travel regularly with CEO to visit Vendors
