Car "Inspection" in Portland

An Alfa buddy of mine from Chicago is looking at buying a Giulia for sale in Portland and reached out to me to see if I know anyone in the Portland area that can at least get some eyes on the car to see if it is legit. He's not looking for a professional PPI, just someone who knows cars that can look for obvious defects.
