    Has anyone ever seen these magazines from Japan? The text is completely in Japanese and the covers each have an illustration which are truly amazing. I have many issues of this magazine for sale if anyone is looking for a particular issue. Vol No. 200 and up. I will take some pictures of the covers with Ferraris on them. They are truly beautiful magazines, but I need space and cannot keep. Email me if any interest.

    Yes they're pretty cool.

    I have no. 230 (August 1997) with a Ferrari P4 illustration on the cover. Also has a BMW Alpina special.

    Other one I have is no. 250 (April 1994), not sure how they're numbering them, but it has a Maserati 3500 and 3200 illustration on the cover.

    I pulled out a few Ferrari issues... these are really beautiful magazines... too bad its in japanese, the articles seem great too.

    yep. they sure are and the cars illustrated on the covers are featured in the magazine. I will most likely keep the majority of the Ferrari issues, but other car makes/models are available. If you are interested in other manuf, let me know. Nice lambo ones, lancia, detamaso, jaguar, lotus, etc. I went through about 40 issues, but have in total nearly 150. Looking for $25-35 apiece depending on condition. Some have been read and hve slight markings. The pictures inside are amazing too, nothing like the general car mags we have he in the states.

    I believe theillustartions are done by one of Japan's most famous automotive artists, Kazuhiro Ikeda aka Bow. Neko did a compilation of his covers and he does calendars also. I have a lot of Car Magazines - the photos are great but they are expensive to import from Japan. On a Ferrari theme, Scuderia, the Japanese magazine (also from Neko Publishing) just published No.100 - I have the complete set from 1-100.

    yes, I also have a set of thesemagazins, Scuderia Ferraristi by Neko Publishing. Stunning. I have #1 - 80ish or so. Not the more recent issues. They are amazing magazines as well.

    and yes, the "Car Magazine" were imported from Japan by my friend every month for the past 15 year...

    I plan to go through them in more detail ths weekend.

    based on the last post, I believe this is listing of the cover illustrations. I have most of the magazines 201 - 300. I am crazy collector just like my late friend... The more I look and learn about these illustrations he more attached I am becoming. They really are beautiful and I would highly recommend getting the book as a nice option.
