    Did anyone get the car model of your exact spec of the 488GTB you purchased? I was told that they are made after the car is delivered.

    Don't know about the 488, but it took a year for me to receive my 2015 458 spider replica.

    My dealer gave me both of my 458s. I got them in about 2 months after picking them up

    However, "exact" spec is in the eyes of the beholder. :)

    I got my 488 model about 5 months after delivery. Such a great idea from Ferrari to do this

    I never got mine maybe I didn't keep them long enough? Hopefully my 488 spider will come with one too cool.

    Last model car I had was one that I blew up with a firecracker. Was fun... that was a long time ago. :)

    Never got one from my 458 and have heard nothing about the 488 I took delivery in May?

    The question is not whether they make the models for the customers or not - they do. The question is, what desk or shelf are they parked on...

    Got the models on both my 458 and cali T 3 months after delivery. Per my SA, once the car is logged into Ferrari records as sold the VIN kicks in the order to the model maker which I believe is MR collection.

    I got a model ~7 months after delivery.. it looks nothing like my actual car but it does have the correct serial number.
