    I'm a horrible person for saying this but I actually cannot stand Corvette's....I respect their place in automotive history, but the only reason I bought the '68 was because he said "take it for $400" lol.

    Maybe this counts? I was in NJ looking at a Wills St. Claire, and this was on a stand...I had to have it. (at the time, I don't think any other 26 year olds were interested in 1922 WSCs, OR Smith Motor Wheels!)

    Yes, but if you look at Frua's other "Mistral", the 428, same trim look (I assume you mean the gills). Hell maybe a sign of the times? 330 GTC, GT etc. era.

    I always found them appealing. I suppose good bang for the buck in the era too.
