Here’s a weird one you might not have heard of, and I’d really like your opinion.

When you floor my car and the revs get up around 6-6500, and then you shift, the car jumps into neutral instead of the next gear. I spoke to two separate Ferrari shops[ we only have two in Ontario, in Toronto ] and they both said the clutch specs on testing were fine [ using that SD machine ]. I then spoke to a third place that just restores classic and exotic cars, and they said this has nothing to do with the clutch, and it’s probably a computer/electronic problem. The car is sensing over-revving prematurely and shifts out of gear, in their opinion. They called F. of San Diego [ they knew a mechanic there ] and he also suggested the clutch is not the issue, and probably the F1 relay ? Not sure what the F1 really all entails though. The clutch looks like new.

Do you have any thoughts on this one ?
