    Hi Everyone,

    I've got a case of too many cars and too little garage space, so I've rented a 900 square foot enclosed warehouse unit in Pacheco, CA which is about 6 miles north of the 680/24 interchange in Walnut Creek.

    The unit has 3 bays each with it's own roll up door. Each bay is 30 feet deep and will likely fit 2 sports cars parked tandem. At the moment, I have my Alfa and Fiat parked in one of the bays, and my plan is to regularly rotate them with the cars currently at home. That leaves 2 bays available to share with other like-minded car enthusiasts. Monthly rent for each bay (10 x 30 ) is $200.

    Do you have a electrical socket? May consider this for times I am on extended travel and need to leave the car on trickle charger

    The storage unit has lights but no electrical outlets.

    Easy to add a socket at the light fixture itself...screw in and screw the bulb into it...then you could plug in...HTH

    Still looking for 1 or 2 car enthusiasts to share this storage space. Each bay is 10 x 30 with it's own roll up door. $200 per month is really reasonable. The same size 10 x 30 units are now being leased at over $400/mo.
