Car Storage Space in Northern NJ

I have a collection of cars (6+) at this point and have been searching high and low for storage space in Northern NJ. The problem is I either find space that's too small or too big.

The bigger spaces are nice and secure, however I can't justify the larger spaces with only 6 cars. However, if I had a couple of other people interested, it could make sense.

So I'm throwing it out there to see if anyone would be interested.. the space would be in the Morris County/Passaic County area. I've found a couple of places, all dry, non-flood, and secure.
