Ever wonder why Ferrari does not use Carbon Fiber in a serious manner on production cars (Except the LaFerrari)? It should be time to move forward and make the cars lighter. The lack of carbon fiber seems to be linked to the tragic new course of Ferrari, mostly dictated by Marchionne's train of thoughts and lack of investments. Ferrari is also not investing a penny anymore in hybrid technology (Except, once again, LaFerrari), which again, is the result of FIAT (FCA) and the new people.

It's not a secret that Ferrari lost long time key brains, mostly due to different views.
One view was coming from people that lived Ferrari day by day for decades, the other view is Marchionne's mainly financial / profit view. FCA does not make cars anymore, they're a financial institution that spent the last few years playing Wolf of Wall Street. While the Prime Minister of Italy praises Marchionne for taking FIAT away from Italy, the guy and the Agnellis laugh all the way to the bank, leaving FIAT without investments and a bunch of crap contraptions, mixing Maserati and Chrysler (Until mechanics fail so bad, they have to backtrack). How long will Ferrari be without a proper planned future? They're losing pace day by day, falling behind thanks to the complete absence of vision, except the financial one, waiting to bank big on the big Ferrari sellout.

    Sad!
