    Does anyone know if CF shield is available from factory? thought of asking you guys first before popping the question to my dealer. my build is starting next month and want to square away any fleeting customization thoughts asap.

    Yes it is! Has been done on some GTOs for example. You'd have to ask some else what it costs - I guess it's a lot since it's a special order and regular shield are well over 1k. Since I wasn't interested in CF shields when speccing my Cali I can't help you any further.
