Did anyone order this....CRPK? What exactly does it all contain. TIA
CRPK includes the driving zone (carbon steering wheel with LED's, carbon paddles and carbon tach surround), centre console in carbon and the dash insert strip and air vents in carbon.
Last question Iain.......what does the Carbon for Lower Cabin Zone contain.....CILZ? Specifically does it contain the carbon fiber sill kick?
Do you know what the cost is of this package? The last price list I have is from July 2010 and this was not on the list. Thanks
Kuzi, CILZ includes the wide carbon strip down the centre of the doors and around the rear wall, the external sill kick plates, the power window control surrounds and the F1 control surround.
I got both CRPK and CILZ carbon fibre options for my 458 Italia. In the USA, they are priced $12,591 for CRPK and $8,657 for CILZ. The CRPK price is a nice discount off of buying every option separately. The CILZ pricing is kind of weird and if you research it you will see what I mean. Now when you order both carbon fibre packages, you get a $2,518 discount for CILZ package because both packages include the CILR Center console, which is also available as a $2,518 stand-alone option, hence the discount. This is all based on pricing that came out the end of October. Don't know what they charge in Pounds, so YMMV but this is what they do in US Market.
Interesting and something I may need to change on my order. But it still leaves the inside door opener lever & surround not in CF, correct? If so, it leaves a component bare when it should be CF like everything else mentioned in the two options.

You can get the door openers in carbon via a special request. I saw one at the Atelier at the factory back in March. They didn't give me a separate price for this option though - they bundled it up with the external sill kicks in carbon on my quote.
I just saw a car at the dealer with CF everywhere - front winglets, rear diffuser, inner and outer sills, inner door panels, central tunnel, dash inserts, steering wheel and paddles, racing seats . . . and it had the three layer paint (yellow). Looked amazing but must have cost a bomb.
Interesting, you know that would make some sense with the new pricing of the Carbon Fibre Lower Zone package (CILZ). It was $6138 prior to October 28th when they raised the price to $8657. At the same time they came out with a discount price for the Carbon Fibre Racing Package and it is a significant savings over buying each option separately, so maybe they added those CF parts to the CILZ package. I guess I will see, I actually ordered both packages together after the price change.......

ok ill take more next time i go to the garage...moral of the story....get all the CF packages they have in the interior! u will love this car....it will take a few weeks to appreciate how versatile it is....and the sound....
I was at the NYC Atelier today and they told me that CRPK contains Carbon wheel with LEDS Center console in carbon Dashboard trim carbon Driver zone carbon (paddles and tach surround) Carbon racing seats I was surprised that the racing seats are included, so I had them double confirm. They showed me the option package document that stated the racing seats are park of CRPK. This makes it a great deal from a savings standpoint, almost a no brainer if like me you want to get both racing seats and the LED carbon wheel. You get the dash trim / center console for free. Still worth confirming with dealers as it seems too good to be true. This is what the scaglietti guide says: Carbon fibre sport package (Modis code CRPK) A sports package has been created which includes some options in carbon fibre. This package is addressed particularly to those who want to give to the car a highly sports character. It includes: · Dashboard trim in carbon fibre · Window lifter and F1 trims on the centre tunnel · Steering wheel with lower rim, central plate and upper rim in carbon fibre · F1 paddles and instrument cluster frame in carbon fibre This package is combined with the racing seats in carbon fibre.
