    Custom Carbon Fiber Rear Decklid Spoiler, Wing
    For Ferrari 430, 360 (Also fits Dodge Viper Roadster Years 2003-2010)
    This wing has never been installed or used. It was originally custom manufactured to be used on my 430 Challenge race car, but series rules would not permit its use. This wing is a true airfoil/spoiler configured for maximum down-force for road and track use – more than just for good looks. The profile was wind-tunnel tested and provides down-force through its inherent airfoil shape and aerodynamic characteristics. The more pronounced “angle-of-attack” allows for the generation of down-force, even at lower speeds. The wing is manufactured entirely from aerospace grade woven Carbon Fiber and resin composites with autoclave construction. The resin is high gloss and can be maintained with regular automotive cleaners, polishes and wax. The cross-section of the wing is “boomerang” shaped that follows the curves of the 360 and 430 beautifully. It even fits the Dodge Viper Roadster perfectly following the same lines and shape as the rear deck and width. (I discovered this by placing it on my 2008 Dodge Viper Roaster by accident. I planned on installing it on the car, but the car sold before I could install it – A happy mistake! Unfortunately, I did not photograph it on the car prior to selling the car.) Finding another spoiler like this is nearly impossible as it was custom made for my application. The cost to me was well over $2500. Other inferior “generic” spoilers on the market range from $2000 to over $5000. This spoiler is a steal at less than half of what buyers would expect to pay.
    Specifications:
    Overall Spoiler Width: 64” at rear tapering to 61” at leading edge of airfoil (due to “boomerang” shape)
    Airfoil Section Width: 12”
    Riser Mount Height: 6 inches at rear tapered to 2.75” at leading front edge to achieve proper angle of attack for spoiler.
    End-Caps: Carbon fiber composite
    Risers/Mounts: Carbon Fiber airfoil shaped (teardrop) for enhanced aerodynamics and airflow vectoring.
    Installation is extremely simple with two to three simple pre-drilled holes with threaded inserts installed within the riser/mounts. Wing is mounted to risers with four stainless steel fasteners (two per riser). The end-user or installer must supply the necessary mounting bolts available from any hardware store as installation preferences and deck clearances vary by make and model of car.
