I don't know if you all remember the drawing of "The black goddess". The drawing of the beautifull black Enzo Ferrari, that was made to Carbon, from Carsten! http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=83400 And this proves that when you do something nice or unselfish to others, it will come back to you!! The other day a huge package arrived at our door, and I thought wow what's happening!? I saw that the package was from Carbon, I knew a package would arrive with a book that we've talked about.... but I had no idea that he also would send an extra book, cavalino magazine and ferrari marketletters to me... and a great drawing of Tazio Nuvolari (one of Carsten's absolute favourite GP drivers! In 1934 Tazio was actually a works driver for Bugatti and drove Carsten's favourite Bugatti, the Type 59) , for Carsten, drawn by Carbon!!! As if Carbon allready knew that a drawing of Tazio would be the ultimate gift for Carsten! Carsten is really in awe and speachless, and very very honered to receive such a personal gift from another artist! As for me I'm allready 1/3 through the first book about Enzo Ferrari himself Great reading!!! And look forward to study the other book and mags too!! Carbon, you made our day!!! We have no idea how to thank you for the generous gift!!!! I'm sorry that I didn't write this before, but we were on our way to go to Germany when the package arrived, and we had very little time. So that's why I didn't write untill now. But better late than never, right? I learned a lot about Carbon after having dinner with him four nights in a row during the Homestead FFX/Challenge weekend. I am not surprised by his generousity to you. That is Carbon. He is definetely a 100 point guy in the concourse of life. P.S. Don't tell anyone, we don't want to ruin his reputation.
That Ferrari Design of a Legend Book to top shelf... VERY well done. It was one of the first Ferrari books i bought. Lots of historic photos... especially of design drawings and wooden styling bucks (the 512S is facinating... an old handmade wooden thing to create such a futuristic car) and VERY well printed. Kudos to you and Carbon... GT
There are really amazing people on here. I wish I could repay some of the people who have helped me out - at least I will pass it on to younger members when I get older
is there any place someone can purchase the Ferrari Design of a Legend Book online, if it's as good as some as you guys say it is, i must have it. thanks andrew

Carsten & Tina... A hundred of those boxes could never come close to conveying my thanks and appreciation for The Black Goddess... I will always be in your debt...
It's nice to read the words (and feelings) put out there by someone who, at every turn, shows compassion, clear thought, appreciation of the love directed at him by the many talented people that chime in here. I know this for sure. It isn't about how many posts you have. It is about who you are - - and responses well outnumber your post count I have a bottle of my best red - to share with ya when you come to CA. Cheers, Hank
