    CARBONFEST '08

    MAcarbon is having it's first annual "CARBON FEST" open house. Stop by to check out our products, meet the crew (John, Andre, and Lane) at MAcarbon, and talk shop with other car enthusiasts. Free BBQ, door prizes, and a charity raffle.

    We've timed the "CARBON FEST" to coincide with the Monterey Historics weekend. If you are on your way out of town (we are 15 minutes from San Francisco Airport and half hour from the San Jose Airport) or have overdosed on the classic stuff, end your weekend right with one final event.

    If you can't make it, be sure to stop by our booth at Concorso Italiano and say hello!

    The title might be a little too strong for what we have planned but we figured it was a good weekend to have an open house. I'm sure a few of our customers throughout the US (and more distant places) will be in town for the Historics and Pebble Beach. Come hang out with us instead of waiting for your plane at SFO.

    I was even frightened by the title!

    Hey, John and Lane, when are you guys going to start making carbon fiber jewelry? I bought a piece from carbonfiberjewelry.com a few years ago and I love it. But they haven't made anything else I like since then.

    I don't see us doing any jewelry anytime soon. We had a customer (fchat member) who wanted us to do his wedding ring but when I did a Google search, we found a company that was doing exactly like he wanted. We do do lighters and some other smoking accessories for a well known brand but any time we've ventured outside of car parts, its been an expensive diversion.

    But if you are in the area for Monterey, stop by and we can discus what you are looking for!

So hopefully we’ll have lots of interested Fchater’s show up and help us raise some money for the kids!
