    My local Porsche Dealer just had a Carrera GT delivered. I have not had a chance to check it out but it is available for immediate delivery (in case anyone is interested!) I am not sure how readily available they are but if you have been looking, give me a call I can get you information on it.

    These days there are lots of unsold brand new CGTs on the market. I wouldn't be surprised to see brand new ones trading in the 300s before too long.

    I think a lot of prospective buyers are put off by the tricky clutch and the mandatory PCCBs.

    I've been offered a GT twice by my local dealer. I think dealers are starting to have a hard time selling them w/o discounting. I've heard the lease residual that's being used on the GT is around 275k. Not that cars are an investment but buying one of these at MSRP seems like a good way to loose a lot of money real fast.
