wow that looks really nice, but I dont know if its worth the premium in price. Doesnt sample match paint on a pcar only cost like 4k?
lol, that sucks. Spray paint at home depot is 4 dollars a can 5 if you buy the good stuff thats made for the outdoors.
wow thats pretty sweet. I agree thats hotter than the yellow color. I still think it looks best in black/black.
Neat Color. I love the house in the background as well. I think this picture is the best: Image Unavailable, Please Login
being a purist, I still like the Silver with tan interior we went to see at Daniel's in Paramus. Though the Candy-apple red Saleen S7 at Autorox was so sweet! Way better than the silver/tan Saleens I've seen.
Would like to see it in person. Having just sold a black one, i feel confident saying that price is outrageous and out of line. True, there is one born every minute--but not with that car. Too soft a car. Bottom line is, you cant drive it. I personally believe Porsche dropped the ball somewhere in the design or engineering process. You cant drive that car on public roadways without planning your trip and knowing every inch of the road youre going to take it on.
The car is so freakin low to the ground, if you hit a bump, lump, pavement pitch, slope, incline or whatever you can imagine, youll bottom out the car or at least the front lip spoiler (which is carbon fiber) and God forbid you crack it--youre in for big bucks. There is no lift system like the Lamborghini's have. Im telling you, the car is absolutely sick, gorgeous and performs. Id take one over an Enzo and im a life long Ferrari man. But when it comes to the design of the car, it really cant be driven on public roadways. And when I say, "too Soft" a car, i mean the market is very soft. Dealers all over are stuck with brand new ones in their inventory that they cant give away. And are paying a few grand a month for floor plan. Its a sad state for such an incredible machine.
Do you know how many CGT's are still available new with dealers? A couple of months ago, heard the number was ~75. Curious to get the latest update. Winter is coming up, so I am sure anxiety amongst dealers is increasing. That 700 mile '05 CGT is still available in the mid-3's.
