I know its not a Ferrari....but a beautiful car, and not one people see everyday. I was driving down Broadway headed north at about Littleton Blvd. when i see the Carrera GT behind me, it was a dark silver in color. Looks stunning.

That in fact would be awesome. There is a Porsche dealership a few blocks from where i saw this car and it was headed that direction. Although that doesnt mean anything.

How rare is this car? did they make hundreds of them like the Enzo?

Matt, Porsche will build something like 3,500, so they won't be as exclusive as the Enzo. The GT you spotted sounds like the same car a client of mine saw a month or two ago. I still have yet to see one in person.

Porsche will be limiting the car production to 1,500, not 3,500.

Ok, I stand corrected but IMO, 1,500 models produced on a car that costs almost $500k is too many.

    did you buy the Cayenne?

I honestly don't know what I would do if I actually were to see one on the road. I live in a fairly nice area, but for some reason, none of them seem to being into exotics. And I never seem to catch any ferraris driving around. In fact, I've never seen a new model ferrari in person. No 550, 360, F50, F40, Enzo, and past Ferrari, no CGT, Gallardo, Diablo, Murci, and so on. :(

I've heard about some guy in Aspen with an F50 and an Enzo. Is one of the Enzo's at FoD his? If not, who's?

The Carrera GT was in fact at Stevinson Porsche for several weeks time. The owner is from the Colorado springs area, and it made several trips up and down broadway as well as belleview and university. I know this because I was helping to lay down the boards to help get the car off the lot. It's so low that we must stop one lane of Broadway and put boards down for it to leave at an angle, and at its own pace. And as for the person lokoing for GT pics, I had about 3 weeks to take pics of it, send me an email at [email protected] if you're still interested in collecting some. That car has a sound unlike anything I've ever heard, and I never got tired of listening to it in the shop.
