    Folks,

    For the next C&C, we are returning to Toad Hall! The game plan is similar to the C&C Tour to Hibernia: We will start our C&C at the regular time and place (noted below), drive over to Mendham around 10:30AM, check out Toad Hall for an hour or so and then have lunch at the Black Horse Tavern.

    Since we are visiting someone’s private collection, I would appreciate an RSVP for the visit to Toad Hall! We may limit the number of attendee’s if the response is very large.

    The details:
    Date: Saturday, Oct 9th
    Start Time: 8:30AM
    End time: Whenever the last car leaves
    Location: Woodland Bakery, 650 Shunpike Road, Chatham, NJ 07928
    As always, please do not park in the first row of parking spaces in front of the shops as you enter the parking lot.

    I hope I can make the trip- what is Toad Hall? The only thing I've been able to dig up is a car collection in new england....is this collection related? Is the collection in Mendham?

    Toad Hall is the nickname of the collections of an area car lover. Interesting cars include a Jaguar 120M, Morgan SuperSport among others.

    Toad Hall is a beautiful old home right in the middle of Mendham. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, and they graciously open their garage doors to host various car clubs for this type of event. Their collection is small (5 or 6 cars), but they are very high quality and rather unique, and it is just fun spending time with these folks. I've been friends with them for many years through the local Jaguar clubs (two of them in NJ), and have been there many times. Plus, the Black Horse Tavern is a great place for lunch.

    I'm not going to be able to make the run out to Toad Hall, but will try to stop over with the 328 for the morning activities in Chatham.

    Tried posting on the Yahoo group, not sure it took

    1 car (86 Mondial Cab) - 2 people, daughter and I.

    If there is space, potentially have a friend with a late 60's 280sl who may want to join.

    Likely cannot make Black Horse Tavern as daughter needs to be home early afternoon for an event.

    I couldn't make the drive but i was there in my Ti/Black 360. Great, low key group and a nice collection of cars. I'll be back.

    Man, that looks great. Wish I'd have gone, but had my little dude's soccer game in the AM.
