Just wanted to send out a friendly reminder that our monthly Cars & Bikes event will be held from 9-12 here at RAC Performance: RAC Performance 3219 Commander Drive Carrollton, Texas 75006 ( off Midway between Keller Springs & Trinity Mills ) It will certainly be warm, but plenty of cold water will be on hand to keep us all comfortable. I would assume the temps are keeping a lot of people and their cars indoors. I drove my car out to Lake Lewisville today and boy was it hot... car ran great, just a few degrees hotter than usual, but didnt like driving in the heat.
Disappointed I had to miss but I had other obligations. Possibly next month though, I suspect the heat is helping anything
Attendance was definitely down; really figured more people would be here in the AM and then funnel out by 10. It was actually the opposite; we were very light around 9 and it started to pick up around 10:30 or so. Had some cool cars show up and as always had some good conversation with people. Look forward to the next one when it might, just might, be a little cooler. Hope everyone has a good week !
Boardwalk has events? I haven't been to hardly any of the Boardwalk shows since I woke up one morning my FCA DFW Boardwalk show no longer had my name or FCA on it, but they used all the same materials I created and format. Didn't bother me much as I was a little burnt out from the show anyway. Ask Don, I barely make any events anymore, haven't been to Starbucks for over a year. What is fun for y'all is my job!
