It's always good to see everyone, and we have to thank Oliver Smith for putting on such a great event and opening their doors to our 'motley crew'! I think we have some new 'good friends in the jewelry business'!

Even though Steve was instigating Kathleen's usage of the Veloce Performance Amex card at Oliver Smith, I came away relatively unhurt. :)

I'm curious, Steve M, do you think Oliver Smith thought it was worth the cost to them? Would they do it again? -Steve

Good question, Steve. One of their guys was shaking hands as I left and saying he thought it was very worthwhile. Also interested in the official feedback, though. Thanks to Steve M for extra effort req'd to get this organized. :)

I got a question. Where was this one held? I am so confused. SECC takes place at Scottsdale Auto Salon and Cars and Coffee takes place at that one road south of Shea. So what event was this, or was it just Cars and Coffee somewhere else?

When are the next events, and where? TIA. :)

    Steve and Rick,
We got great feedback from the people at Oliver Smith. They sold some watches, made some new customers(myself included),got some great exposure, and were just amazed at all the cars that showed up. The event was a huge success for all.

The SECC cars & coffee is a different event which is awesome as well btw. They have it the last Saturday of every month.

Our event is just called Cars & Coffee. We do it the first Saturday of every month at the Coffee Bean in the Gainey Village Shopping Center (Scottsdale & Doubletree).

Proximity is controlled by the availability of coffee. Relative drawing power is inversely proportional to the cost of the coffee. :D

Sweet event! I've been meaning to get to one of these, but every weekend they're held I seem to have something else pressing... fortunately the location was right between two of my obligations yesterday AM, so I drove through just to get a peek... it was HUGE compared to what I was expecting - great turnout!

I'm still debating on whether to bring out my late custom/early lowrider '62 Cadillac to one of these...
