    1) Just making sure I didn't miss any big announcement that it's NOT happening. I don't want to drive all that way for just coffee. Cars would be nice also.

    2) Is there any special theme this month? How about everyone bring black cars? lol.

    You must have read my mind:) I was just getting ready to post. Cars and Coffee IS happenig this Saturday March 1st 8AM at the Coffee Bean located on the southeast corner of Scottsdale&Doubletree. Let's go with the "Black" car theme for the event. Every monthly theme we have had so far has been suggested by somebody. This is everyones event. As usual all makes, models and colors of cars are invited. See you there!!!

    Holy CRAP STEVE!!! I didn't know!!!!

    That is THE CAR that got me into exotic cars as a kid. There was one in a small shop in Birmingham, MI (were I grew up) that I would just sit and stare through the window at. It's the only one I have ever seen in person.

    I think I will put that photo you just posted on my windows wallpaper and stare at it all day. I'm not going to get any work done today at all.
    Ferrari, Lambo, Pantera, blah, blah blah....... THAT is the car for me!

    Steve, great to know it's going on. There must have been some mental car waves going around the valley this morning. I thought will getting ready for work today I have to post on F-chat and ask about C&C.

    Again, the mental car waves at work here. Thats the one that flipped my switch as a kid. The guy that got me into the car business had a white cab with blue stripes. he let me drive it once and a while, it was like heaven on earth.

    This is the closest I ever got myself to that legendary car. Owned this for a bit, loved it. Should have never sold it. It's not a factory slantnose, but it was a really well done all steel conversion.

    I was hoping this was going to coincide with my three day weekend in Scottsdale. This could be the highlight of the trip.

    Coming from Minnesota, I'm lucky to see one Ferrari a year. In fact, in my entire life, I've only seen a couple of 360's and 355's. This should be a blast. I'll be the guy "drooling" who looks like he hasn't seen sun in several months.

    Are there any "rules" I need to follow? An example would be do people mind if I'm taking pictures? Or, looking in the cars, as long as I'm not touching or leaning on them? I suppose just use common sense.

    1. Don't spill your coffee into any of the cars......
    2. When one of our lovely Paradise Valley or Scottsdale soccer moms is about to back their Cadillac Escalade into one of the cars, throw yourself in between.

    Is this a little south of Shea Blvd. If so, I can try to catch the bus to get there. The things you do to see nice cars. :D I hope it is, because I live on Apache and Rural, so I can walk to Rural and head straight up to Shea.
