    Folks,

As noted on the C&C calendar, we will be meeting this Sunday in downtown Summit, NJ for our Annual Father’s Day meet. The town of Summit has graciously offered to host us and are promoting the event to their residents and businesses.

As the popularity of this event has grown over the years, we have accommodated an ever increasing number of attendees. Unfortunately, we have now exceeded the capacity of Downtown Summit. As a compromise we have agreed to limit the meet to 500 cars. Therefore, we need you to fill out the form below if you would like to attend. We will try to select a good mix of old and new, classics and exotics, etc.

Location: Downtown Summit. Cars will be parked along Springfield Ave, Union Place and Maple St. Volunteers will help direct you when to get to Summit.
    Time: 8:30 to 11:00 AM
    Date: June 19, 2016

Address for Entrance: 1 Union Place, Summit NJ

Some things to keep in mind:
    • You MUST RSVP here: http://goo.gl/forms/dt3bpLMh9qCqiitA3
    • Parking is first come first serve. Please DO NOT reserve spaces for your friends: This will just create lots of chaos.
    • Please note the meet starts at 8:30 AM. Roads where the C&C cars will be parked will start closing around 6:30AM and will open around 8:15AM.
    • Local stores/restaurants will be open to fulfill your breakfast wishes.
    • The Summit Farmer’s Market will open on Maple St. Details are here: Summit Farmers Market
    • The Chatham High School Drumline is going to march on Springfield Ave to the Train Station around 10AM.

If you can't find parking in the main areas as marked on the maps, please use the public parking lots nearby.

Finally, let's be on our best behavior. No burnouts or revving engines -- there will be lots of children (and other spectators) in the area so we all need to be extra careful.

    Thanks!
