    Hi Everyone,

I am making some space and i am selling some original and genuine Ferrari 599 GTO luggage. It is completely unused and has been in its packaging since new with the exception of taking it out for photographs.

It's on Ebay now, so please have a look.

This well known race winning Ferrari F430 Challenge Race car, (chassis number ZFFEX63X000153304) was ordered and delivered new to Leon Price from Ferrari GB Ltd, on the 27 March 2007, for the sum of £134,641.28.

The car was then sold to the present owner in December 2011. It has been driven once at a track day in Belgium, and has been in storage ever since.

Does anyone here in UK have the following books for sale? I've seen the ones advertised on Ebay and elsewhere.

Ferrari V 12 Testa Rossa by Joel Finn.

Any Cavalleria Ferrari books? May be interested in a complete set if reasonably priced.

Ferrari Daytona by Gerald Roush and also the one by Doug Nye.

The Colonel's Ferraris by Doug Nye.

Please pm me or email [email protected]. Thanks.

Thank you very much, Paul. You really are too kind. I couldn't possibly borrow any more and still have all the wonderful books you so very kindly loaned me months ago, that I really have enjoyed reading so much. I feel I must buy some now so I can at least go some way to returning the favour and make some books that I will have available to you. Please let me know in a pm what books you are interested in.

Do you know if the Cavalleria books were available in French only, not just in the tri-lingual format, and also in paperback? I've seen some for sale which are described as being in French and in paperback. I'm hoping that the information is incorrect and that they are tri-lingual, for the English of course? Thank you again. :)

I have answered in the Collectibles thread. That is just a mistake by Amazon. They were all hardcover with slipcase and tri-lingual.

I fitted HGTE wheels to my car Simon.
Ferrari 599 HGTE wheels & tyres | eBay
These seem like a good deal if the tyres are not shot. you can fit your old tyres on HGTE wheels even though they are a little wider at the front.

Or you could take a gamble and fit F12 wheels, they are a fair bit wider and the consensus is that they should fit, possibly needing a thin spacer at the front. Originale Ferrari 599 GTO F12 20 Felgen Velgen Jantes Wheels Rims grey | eBay

I've never been a fan of either black or chrome on wheels - both are too extreme for me. I personally best enjoy the aesthetics of the OEM-look silver alloy colour, though sometimes a metallic grey wheel can look good on the right car.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I put the following post in the Ferrari Parts and Collectibles section but UK members might be more likely to see it here - apologies to those for whom this is repetition.

A used UK/US control unit (temperature in Farenheit), which I acquired to replace my intermittently faulty one. However, I found an electronics engineer who repaired my own unit so this is surplus to requirements. I've had this spare in my car for a couple of months to check it and it has worked with no apparent fault.

I will put this on Ebay but want to give fellow FChatters the first opportunity. Please PM sensible offers, questions, etc.
