I am sorry that I don't have any good solid leads, nor anything that I can offer personally, unless they are looking for something that will need a tow truck and another pick-up with the boxes of parts....;>)

There are a few possibilities around, but I am not sure of their status nor of the owner's willingness to get involved. I will call later today. I think that would be better than mentioning anything in an open forum. Perhaps you have already been contacted by someone offering their car.

I have owned a home on TBI for over 6 years. The only nearly classic cars I have ever seen in Kona is the white Pantera at Costco, a very nice lady with a silver Avanti, and a few corvettes. There are a couple of brothers who have a repair shop in Kona in the old industrial a block off of the street where Killer Taco's is, but on the corner. ( a block east of Lex Brodie)They seem to have their finger on the pulse of things. Right accross the street from them is a Ferrari shop. The guy claims to be factory trained. He may have some leads.

 

There is also a black Iso Fidia on Maui.
