    Hey Lamour,

OK, to turn it on you key in *72 then the number to forward to. To turn it off you key in *73. It is sort of a pain the ass to do on my equipment as I have an IP office 500 system that rolls through the available lines. So to make sure that all the lines have been forwarded I have to do it 5 times (5 voice lines in the building). I also have to key in a 9 before I key in the *72 or the *73 to tell the phone system that I want to grab an outside line. I find in much easier to forward the lines through the equipment (hardware) than forwarding them through the lines themselves. The only time that I have to forward the lines through Cavalier is when the phone lines are not working *Ahem, COUGH -all day last friday- COUGH, Ahem*. Good luck!!

You can always call them at (800) 291-9699 and a CSR would be able to get you an new instruction manual and or forward/unforward your phones.

    No problems.

You had any problems with interruption of service with Cavalier? It has been sort of a thorn in my side since we moved. We have been out of phones 4 or 5 times (duration from between 1 hour and 24 hours) since we moved our service over in October 2008. It is a major hassle as I am in a job that requires 24 hours access via telephones.
