Enjoying reading and learning more about our cars. Interesting that the BBLM cars are a series of 24 cars made by the customer service center between 79 and 80. They were basically 512 BBs taken off the line and refined into competitive racers with some nice upgrades and slick aerodynamics designed by Pininfarina. As such they are very closely aligned to the street going Boxer.

Note also the current issue is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the testarossa, and has an interview with Fioravanti and an article re: the evolution of the 512TR. Unfortunately I noticed that just after ordering the 9 volume flat-12 set, and will likely have to take another $21 hit on shipping to get the current issue as well.

If you can find one, the "Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer, The Road and Race Legends" book has even more detail around the BBLM program, and talks quite a bit about the early converted cars. I attached the first few pages of that chapter.
