When did 5573 restoration begin? I seem to recall that it was in pretty good shape in 2002 at the Bagatelle event.

The Challenge was there indeed, but to my knowledge stayed on the Breakers car park, under a 'Countach' cover.
It was uncovered only a few minutes on Saturday afternoon, I was just passing by...

Do you miss owning the car?

BTW, what is Dr. Earle up to? Last I heard he is racing on the continent, but that was a while back. I hope he finally got an Enzo.

It was certainly my favorite car and I had the most fun in it. After I retired from racing then I wasn't as good of a steward for it. Also like the ex, 328, old house, and plane... life goes on. I have new priorities now.

Not sure about with Corona, but he was still kicking ass European racing.

365 TrePosti...In 1974, my parents took us to Italy for 6 weeks to visit family in the Frosinone area and travel. I was 11 yrs old at the time and dad had just purchased a 74' Dino Spyder (#07922 - Dk. Blue w/ Red) earlier in the year so I was already a Ferrari fanatic. During the trip we traveled to Rimini Beach for a night.
I remember walking through the parking lot and seeing a car with 3 seats and the steering wheel in the middle. All I knew is that it was a Ferrari, but didn't find out until years later which model..I don't know if it was the one in the photo, but I can see it in my mind like it was yesterday..

Two. The silver #8815 (Agnelli), and the white #8971 (i.e. the Best of Show runner-up at 2021 Pebble Beach and Best of Show Gran Turismo at 2022 Cavallino).
