Sure. It's an inside joke for the Admiral. The 2.5 is a numerical rating on a scale of 4.0. Unsat indicates unsatisfactory (with the only other grade being satisfactory). I'm using Navy fitness reports grading to draw attention to the fact that the operator of that Fcar has a long way to go to be considered proficient.

Dear Dave, Right on! Stomp on the go pedal in a super car in a low gear and what could possibly go wrong... Here is a shot of some of my competitors at Mar-A-Lago where the blue car took the Finest Competition Award for the second time (last time was in 09). I understand that the top five contenders for the Excellence in Class award were all former Pebble Beach 100 point cars! Seems that folks like the blue car.
