I'm heading down to Florida for the Cavallino Classic at the Breakers this Saturday. Does anyone know what top vintage cars are scheduled to show this year?

At the track same thing. I counted 30 cars from 2 pm to 4pm. 2 swb, 2 tdf, 1 275gtb4, 412, f50, f40, 2 boanos, dino SP, 2 BBLM, 348c, 360 GT, 250 gto, daytona comp, and 1 road car, maser birdcage, 2 246 Dinos, the barn find 275 gts.

    Hopefully more cars show up..

Thank you. Do the cars that do track days usually stay for the concourse?

Usually some are at the track but do not run.

No swap.shop cars this year evidently after the big fight between Henn and Ferrari.

That has nothing to do with FNA and "a big fight between Henn and Ferrari".

There is another, totally different problem between the event organisers and Henn, who has been seriously pissed off last year already. And he is not alone.

Pissed off about what? Sounds juvenile and silly to me. Owners should bring their freakin cars and enjoy our shared passion for the brand and leave it at that.

What do you mean by "swap shop"?

You would think that would be the case but it has become very political and moved far from the enthusiast event it started life as. I have not been in 14 years because politics took over and the Tifosi took a back seat.

I guess I better stop at the store on my way there and pick up some rattles and pacifiers.

Promenent is an understatement - has the most or one of the most valuable Ferraris in the world - until a few years ago ran it on the track

Well, then he should show his collection for all to enjoy.

Mr. Henn is very engaged locally at numerous events, pretty much every car event I go to either he or some of his cars are there. Not to mention he displays his cars at the Swap Shop. I think your emoji of a crying baby is way off base because he does show his cars for all to enjoy.

He should show them at Cavallino.

Putting Mr. Henn aside, hopefully there will be other spectacular vintage greats on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

He has done that many times in the past and many have had the chance to enjoy them to the fullest. I completely understand he is no longer bringing them. Not his fault.

Few people understand the effort and risk involved in displaying certain cars. It can also be expensive. When the experience turns sour we think hard about doing it again.

I'm out because of the insanely expensive admission fee....can't justify a 200$ admission price no matter how nice and how valuable those cars are. Beautiful location, beautiful show but at 200$ they're crazy in my opinion.

I recently attended Finali Mondiali in early December in Daytona and for 175$ + 30$ parking for 4 days total I got:

-unlimited food and drinks including alcohol
    -races, lots of them
-vip lounge with air conditioning, race simulators, charging stations, etc...
-all access to the pit lane and garages
-lots of Ferraris old and new, F1 cars, vintage cars, vintage F1 cars....you name it, it was there
-Was 2 feet away from Marchionne, Arrivabene, Vettel, Raikonnen, Gene, etc...

And for that price they managed to organize the event and also raise money for charity.

I don't even get a bottle of water with the admission price at Cavallino.

I wasn't aware there are so many hard feelings about Cavallino. This is my first year attending. Is it really that bad of a show? Until now, I've always heard it's one of the finest.
