After subscribing to some of the Ferrari magazines for a while, I started to try to put a Cavallino collection together, along with some others. I’ve read about the very oldest Cavallinos being scarce, but there seems to be a lot of variability in the availability of all theseissues. Does anyone know if there is a way to find out how many of each issue were printed? I’ve looked for circulation data online to no avail. I do not see it printed in the magazine, either.

I did see a thread here mentioning about 5000 #1’s and 3000 #2’s, but nothing else.

Also this info on other Ferrari magazines would be appriciated.

    Thanks experts!

I had a price guide for the Cav back issues from the publisher but do a search on it...

Then we had a guy last week find a library throwing out the first twenty issues MINT condition!

    So it's a cr@pshoot really!

Unless its BPA audited you'll have to call the publisher and ask his circulation, if he'll disclose it. He may on the early issues. It is doubtful the early issues were audited.

I've analyzed the book and I believe they print less than 10,000 copies currently based on how the book is manufactured.
